Indigo launches new compact home design

Indigo Homes is proud to announce that our latest ‘Coolum 174’ home design will now be joining our Indigo Compacts range.

Designed for modern inner city living, the Coolum 174 is a highly affordable choice for first home-buyers looking to enter the property market.

Indigo Homes spokesman, Garry Harrison, said that the Coolum 174 is also an excellent choice for property investors and people looking to downsize from a larger property.

“This is a compact design that suits a 10 metre frontage allotment and is packed with all the features you could ask for in a home of this size,” Mr. Harrison said.

“It offers amazing value to the home owner and with four generous bedrooms, the Coolum 174 is surprisingly roomy and also features a spacious living area and kitchen,” the Indigo spokesman added.
