Building a new home can be stressful. It’s why we’ve decided we don’t just want to build the most stunningly designed, value-for-money, quality homes we can. We also want to make your building experience as relaxing as possible.

Having said that though, it is nice when others pat you on the back and it is nice to know you’ve bought an award-winning home. So here are some of the awards we’ve won:

More important than that though, clients agree!

We just finished building a Laguna 235 for Jodi at North Lakes. Here’s what she wrote:

Tim and his family have just moved into a Caribbean 208 at North Lakes, into what Tim describes as the “perfect design” that suited his land and family.

“The building process ran smoothly and quickly, with my questions and concerns answered promptly,” Tim says. “The process from buying the land to taking the keys ran so well, we’re doing it again with an investment property!"
