Sierra 238

The Sierra 238 is a smaller version of the Sierra 318, which won the Queensland Master Builders President's Award in 2006. It's designed to suit those building to a budget on acreage or on a problem corner block in the suburbs. The home has all the best features of its big brother without the cost.
