And the answer is … how long is a piece of string. Really. (Unless you’re looking for a house and land package, in which case the price is fixed. So here’s what we can say:
Our pricing is definitely competitive. We’re not the cheapest and we’re not the most expensive. We know from our clients that when you weigh up what we give you for what you give us, our offer is compelling.

If you want a house and land package, we have a number you can review.
You won’t find pricing on this website (except for house and land packages). However we’re happy to give you all the pricing information you need, when you sit down with one of our new homes sales consultants and talk about a specific home. That’s because each lot is different and we want to give you the most accurate pricing we can.
Crystal Clear Pricing Policy
Our Crystal Clear Pricing Policy is the antidote to all the offers that sound almost too good to be true. (That’s because they usually are.)
Getting $50,000 of inclusions for $2,000 might look good on the surface, but once you get down to tintacks, well, let’s just say you do pay one way or another, because there’s no such thing as a free lunch.
We’ve decided that we’re just not going to play that smoke and mirrors game.
Instead, we’ve put in place the Crystal Clear Pricing Policy. This is what it means:
Our standard pricing reflects a full suite of inclusions – these aren’t extras.
All our new Brightwater, North Lakes & Flagstone display homes primarily showcase the inclusions we offer as part of our standard pricing.
Any upgrade options that are built into a display are clearly identified and priced.
All our floorplans are priced as is, with a number of pre-designed, pre-engineered and pre-costed variations – Thoughtful Design Options. Any other requested changes to plans will attract a design review fee.
We clearly tell you before contracts are signed what decisions you need to make and when, in order for us to deliver on our fixed price contract to you.
