Two brand new Indigo Homes display homes have just opened up their doors – and business is already booming already.
Whether it’s a big home or a compact home you’re looking for, Indigo’s got all the options covered.
The new Sierra Grande and Caribbean 281 houses have been built in Francis Avenue, Rochedale, Brisbane.
While the Caribbean 281 offers some of the most modern and stylish compact living around, the Sierra Grande is a larger home that’s perfect for an acreage block.
The Indigo Homes Difference
Brisbane-based builders Indigo are introducing the Indigo Homes Difference alongside the launch of these two display homes. The Indigo Homes Difference puts the spotlight on the Indigo inclusions package.
A 5,000-litre rainwater tank, H1 class slab and all al fresco living areas come as standard with Indigo Homes – at no extra cost.
“We have always had these inclusions in our price, but we haven’t shouted about it before,” said Indigo Homes’ Garry Harrison.
“We thought it’s about time we did shout about it, because these things are not generally included in the price by other home builders.”
Two perfect homes
Customers are already flocking to see the new display homes.
“There has been a lot of interest in the Sierra Grande and the Caribbean 281 already,” Harrison said.
“The Sierra Grande has a fantastic layout, ideal for the acreage block, while the Caribbean 281 is great for more compact living, with a huge open plan living area.”
Caribbean 281: the perfect compact home
The Caribbean 281 is the ideal choice for the rise of the small lot: it cleverly maximises living space inside without sacrificing living space outside.
The trick? A design approach that makes internal spaces work hard so there is not a centimetre of wasted space.
At only 6.5m wide, the Caribbean 281 is perfect for narrow blocks.
With a double garage, lounge and open plan kitchen that leads onto an alfresco living area, the ground floor is an ideal layout for the family. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, a main bathroom and a master ensuite, as well as a second living area that opens onto a balcony.
Sierra Grande: great for big living
At the opposite end of the scale is the single-storey Sierra Grande, Indigo Homes’ flagship home.
The display home is the 300msq Sierra Grande. But the home can be built in five different sizes, from 238msq to 431msq.
The home is centred around a large open plan kitchen and family room that opens onto an alfresco area. There are four bedrooms – the master with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, as well as a study and a rumpus room.
