Our Experience
We’ve handed over hundreds of NDIS homes over the years, with the vast majority of them being HPS housing. Our expert drafting and estimating team works closely with certifiers to create amazing accessible house plans that translate to incredible homes. Our plans are specially tailored for each individual block of land to ensure access to street, house, yard and letterbox.
Due to the highly technical nature, we work closely with our trades to assure your home will meet all the requirements and pass certification with flying colours.
Additionally we will work with investors to create the most feasible home for your return, including designs such as townhouses, double storeys and properties that may involve town planning.
